  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.
  3. Peel the eggs, slice in half lengthwise, and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish with paprika and serve chilled.
