  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch cauliflower florets in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm heavy cream with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine blanched cauliflower with half of both cheeses. Stir in the creamy mixture until well combined.
