Butter-Baked Cucumber Tostadas are a refreshing twist on traditional tostadas, featuring crispy corn tortillas brushed with rich unsalted butter and topped with vibrant, crunchy cucumber slices.   • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 medium cucumbers (sliced thin)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Brush each tortilla with melted butter on both sides and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
