  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add the milk and gently fold in the blueberries until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
