  • 8 oz short pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
