  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 hamburger buns, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread quartered hamburger buns evenly in the baking dish. Pour the beef mixture on top and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheese. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar; drizzle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
