  • 1 lb dry-packed scallops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and scallops. Cook until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque.
