  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour for about two minutes.
  4. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
