  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin until no longer pink (15-20 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and shred the chicken using two forks.
