  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, drained tuna, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs. Optionally drizzle with melted butter for added flavor.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
