  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (for topping)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Flatten each biscuit from the can.
