  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, mixing well after each addition. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth; allow to cool slightly before mixing into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in fresh raspberries, reserving some for decoration. Pour mixture over the crust.
