  • 9 oz fresh cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente (about 4-5 minutes). Drain and reserve a splash of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and stir until wilted.
  3. Pour in heavy cream while stirring gently. Let it simmer for two minutes before mixing in grated Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently toss the cooked ravioli into the sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
