  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in mini marshmallows and whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Tap the pan gently to release any trapped air bubbles.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
