  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over it. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill Time: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
