  2. Spread melted dark chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a rectangle about half an inch thick.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until hardened.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips until silky smooth and pour over the hardened dark chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and return to the fridge until fully set (about 1 hour).
  6. Once firm, break or cut into pieces, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy!
