  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving. Top with additional Fruity Pebbles before slicing.
