  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
