  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (approximately 150 grams)
  • 1 cup large marshmallows (about 1012 marshmallows)
  • 5 bamboo skewers
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cold water, then dry completely.
  2. Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half.
  3. Thread the skewers by placing a strawberry half, followed by a blueberry, and then a marshmallow. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  4. For added flavor, insert mint leaves between the fruit pieces.
  5. Chill assembled kabobs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
