  • 1 cup shredded zucchini

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
