  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.

  5. Pour half of the sauce over the meatballs and coat evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.
