  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in cornstarch until fully coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
