  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry zucchinis, then slice them into spears about half an inch thick.
