  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (12 oz) high-quality chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine tuna, cooked noodles, soup, half of the cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder; mix well.
