  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 600g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until you achieve a thick batter.
  4. Dip each floret into the batter until fully coated, then shake off excess.
  5. Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet without crowding them. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, toss with buffalo sauce, and serve hot.
