  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic; warm for about five minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and parsley until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce in the baking dish. Layer three lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the cheese mixture and half of the seafood. Repeat layers and finish with noodles topped with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
