  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  4. Cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes), then drain.
  5. Chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it, along with tortellini, into the creamy sauce. Stir gently to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan or parsley if desired.
