  • 32 oz frozen pierogi (potato and cheese variety)
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa (sliced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and slice the kielbasa.
  2. In the Crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogi at the bottom. Add half of the onions and half of the sliced kielbasa on top. Dollop half of the cream cheese over this layer.
  3. Repeat the layering process with the remaining pierogi, onions, kielbasa, and cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the top layer.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving.
