  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 16 oz pillowy gnocchi
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Lower heat, then pour in heavy cream and mix in shredded Asiago cheese until melted. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Combine cooked gnocchi into the sauce, allowing it to heat through for about 1 minute.
  6. Transfer everything into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
