  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss apple slices with cinnamon and half of the brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
