  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or green)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and allow to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
